1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

Welcome to Valeriax. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Customer") and Valeriax ("we," "us," "our," or "Store"), governing your access to and use of our online store located at valeriaxshop.myshopify.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any products offered through the Site.

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and any other policies referenced herein or posted on the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site and may not place any orders.

Eligibility: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law to use this Site and purchase products. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are using the Site or placing an order on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or any illegal or harmful conduct.

2. The Store and Products

Valeriax operates an e-commerce platform offering various products for sale. All product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability information displayed on the Site are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and other content on the Site are accurate and current; however, we do not warrant that such information is complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, color, size, or design due to monitor settings, photographic lighting, manufacturing variations, or product improvements. We are not responsible for minor discrepancies between the images displayed and the actual products received, provided the products conform to their descriptions in all material respects.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, system malfunction, or other mistake, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment method has already been charged and your order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the Site and may have limited quantities. We do not guarantee that any product will be available at any particular time or that stock levels shown on the Site are accurate in real time.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.

Your receipt of an order confirmation email (which contains your order number and details) does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it is merely confirmation that we have received your order. Acceptance of your order occurs when we ship the products to you, at which point a contract of sale is formed between you and Valeriax.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer and to refuse service to any person or entity. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order, and we may contact you by phone or email to confirm details. Failure to respond to such verification requests may result in cancellation of your order.

All orders placed are subject to credit card or payment authorization and verification. If your payment cannot be verified or authorized, or if there are insufficient funds or credit available, your order may be delayed or cancelled. We are not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill an order due to payment issues.

4. Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of sales tax. The prices stated for each product are accurate at the time of display but are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.

Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination address you provide. The amount of sales tax, if any, will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart and on the checkout page before you complete your purchase. You are responsible for any applicable taxes imposed by your state or locality. We collect and remit sales tax in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Despite our efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error before we have accepted your order, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If a pricing error is discovered after acceptance and shipment, we will contact you to resolve the matter. We are not obligated to fulfill orders placed at incorrect prices.

5. Payment

Payment for all purchases must be made at the time you place your order. We accept payment by major credit cards, debit cards, and such other payment methods as may be indicated on the Site at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including the purchase price, applicable sales tax, and any other charges.

All payment transactions are processed securely through reputable third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card or payment information on our servers. Your payment information is subject to the privacy and security policies of our payment processors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information, and to promptly update your account information (including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date) so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms, and we reserve the right to cancel or suspend your order until payment is received.

In the event of payment fraud, chargeback, or any unauthorized use of a payment method, we reserve the right to take any and all appropriate action, including but not limited to canceling orders, suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement authorities.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping within the United States is FREE—there are no shipping charges for domestic orders. We do not charge handling fees or other surcharges related to delivery.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within a reasonable timeframe. Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control. Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays recognized in the United States.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

We are not liable for any delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party carriers. Claims for lost or damaged shipments should be directed to the carrier, although we will reasonably cooperate with you to assist in resolving such issues.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions set forth in our Return Policy.

Please note that there is no statutory "cooling-off" period or automatic right of withdrawal for online purchases under U.S. federal law for most consumer goods. Our 30-day return window is our own policy provided for your convenience and satisfaction. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our Return Policy or that are initiated outside the 30-day return window.

8. Intellectual Property

The Valeriax name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Valeriax or our affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use and to browse and purchase products for your own use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download (other than page caching), store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as incidental to normal web browsing or as necessary to complete a purchase, without our prior written consent.

You may not:
